Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Esotarot, operated by Roger W. Andrews, an individual based in Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”), handles your personal data when you use esotarot.pro.
Data we collect
- Account data — your name and email, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
- Reading data — the questions you ask and the readings generated for you, kept as your reading history.
- Billing data — your subscription and purchase status. Card and payment details are collected and processed by Paddle, our payment provider — we do not receive or store your card details.
- Technical data — basic request/usage information needed to run the service securely.
- Attunement data (optional) — if you choose to attune your readings, your date of birth and the name given at birth. This is entirely optional; the app works fully without it. We use it only to derive numerology numbers that tune how a reading is written — never for identification, advertising, or profiling, and never shared with any third party. The date of birth and birth name themselves are never sent to the AI model that writes your readings, and neither are the derived numbers — only interpretive text selected using those numbers is included in that prompt. They are also never displayed back to you or anyone else — no part of the site can show them once entered. You can remove them at any time from your account page, and deleting your account removes them along with everything else.
Service providers we share data with
To provide the service we use a small number of processors:
- Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd) — payments, billing, and the customer billing portal, as Merchant of Record.
- Anthropic — to generate readings, your question and reading context are sent to Anthropic’s API.
- ElevenLabs — when you use premium voice, reading text is sent for speech synthesis.
- Turso and our hosting provider — to store your account and reading data and to serve the site.
Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred and processed there under appropriate safeguards.
Why we use your data
To create and run your account, generate and store your readings, process payments, keep the service secure, and comply with our legal obligations.
Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, which removes your account and associated readings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your data — contact us to exercise them.
Children
Esotarot is not intended for anyone under 18.
